To calibrate: 

• left setting is for noise reduction, press it without making any sound
• middle setting is for quietest sound threshold, press it while making minimal sound 
• right setting is for loudest sound threshold, press it while making loud sounds

Q — hide mouse

left click on the wall — make a light mark
